These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vt38 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing vt38, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the vt38 platform. Age verification is mandatory.
All transactions are processed in IDR (Rp) via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms are stated clearly per promotion. Abuse of bonus systems results in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vt38 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
vt38 is operated internationally under applicable gaming regulations. Disputes are handled in accordance with the governing law clause set out in Section 14 below.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vt38 ("the Operator"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the vt38 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
2.1 To open an account and use the vt38 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
2.2 vt38 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending resolution.
Age Restriction: Gambling by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the vt38 Platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account will be forfeited pending an investigation. vt38 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiry on this matter.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the vt38 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. vt38 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
3.4 You must notify vt38 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. vt38 will take appropriate steps to secure the Account upon notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
4.1 vt38 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals in excess of Rp 500.000 or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. The KYC process requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.2 Documents submitted for KYC verification must be clear, legible, unaltered, and unexpired. vt38 reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these standards and to request re-submission.
4.3 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation during WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Players will be notified by email upon successful verification.
4.4 Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion, but full account functionality — including withdrawals — is contingent on passing KYC.
5.1 All deposits on the vt38 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vt38 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players depositing via foreign bank accounts may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank; vt38 is not responsible for any such fees.
5.2 The following deposit methods are accepted on vt38:
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by vt38, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.4 Deposits made via e-wallets are typically credited to your vt38 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of the incoming transaction, which may take up to 30 minutes during WIB banking hours. Deposits are not processed during Indonesian public holidays or banking system maintenance windows.
5.5 All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the registered Player's identity — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with any associated winnings voided.
5.6 vt38 does not accept deposits made with credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in clause 5.2.
6.1 Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who are withdrawing to a payment account registered in their own legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
6.2 Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) on standard business days are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
6.3 vt38 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 24 hours. Players will be informed if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
6.4 Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have previously been used to deposit funds into the same vt38 Account, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the vt38 compliance team in writing.
6.5 vt38 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bank transfer or e-wallet withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; vt38 is not responsible for such charges.
6.6 Any active bonus funds or winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met.
7.1 vt38 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the individual promotion page.
7.2 As a general rule, the following standard conditions apply to all vt38 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
7.3 vt38 actively monitors Account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements artificially, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings will be voided.
7.4 Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Indonesian cultural calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are published on the Platform with their own specific terms. These promotions are time-limited and subject to availability.
8.1 All bets placed on the vt38 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the Platform.
8.2 vt38 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). Asian handicap (voor bola — Indonesian term for handicap betting) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting options are available on eligible fixtures.
8.3 vt38 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an incorrect price, a technical error, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time of placement. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed market status.
8.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Player account tier.
8.5 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on vt38 operate under their own dedicated draw schedules and payout rules, which are published within the togel product section. Standard sports betting rules do not apply to togel markets.
8.6 Live betting markets (in-play betting) may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the Operator. Bets successfully confirmed before a market suspension are valid; bets not confirmed at the point of suspension are void.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vt38 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.2 vt38 employs advanced fraud detection systems and human review teams to identify prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their Accounts closed and any outstanding balances withheld pending investigation.

11.1 All content on the vt38 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vt38 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of vt38.
11.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is licensed to vt38 for use on the Platform and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. vt38 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.
12.1 The vt38 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vt38 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
12.2 vt38's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 vt38 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if vt38 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.1 vt38 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the vt38 Privacy Policy.
13.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services. vt38 does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.3 vt38 may share Player data with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All such third parties are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate data security standards.
14.1 vt38 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity under applicable gaming and commercial regulations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, as updated from time to time.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and vt38, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the vt38 customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as determined by the Operator.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Note for Indonesian Players: vt38 acknowledges that online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia. By accessing and using the vt38 Platform, you confirm that you are doing so of your own free will, that you understand and accept any legal risk applicable to your personal jurisdiction, and that vt38 is not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from your use of the Platform under Indonesian domestic law.
15.1 vt38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendments take effect.
